Hi Michael. Great point about the need to prepare at the very least for a seismic event here in the bay area. Unlike global warming, scientists do agree that there is at least a 60-70% likelihood of a quake over 6.0. Very unfortunate but the more prepared folks are, the better. Thanks for joining!
